Message to customers

Hello

I’m very sorry to have to advise you that the time has come for me to close for treatments until the coronavirus crisis has passed. All existing appointments from today and for the next few months will be postponed until further notice. I will still be available to deal with your skin care questions by phone or email and I will be able to supply products. I can also offer gift vouchers which you may wish to purchase for future appointments to help with cash flow. Please do what you can to support local businesses through this crisis, it is going to be a very difficult time for us all.

 

You may wish to check your products and let me know if there’s anything you need to replace, preferably before we go into lockdown. I’m happy to post products and if you’re local I may be able to drop products on your doorstep. I can take orders by phone or by email with payment by bank transfer. I should also mention that Dermalogica prices will increase from May 1st. Going forward, Dermalogica and Environ are trying to set up systems for delivering directly to you if you order through me and I will let you know about that when the time comes.

 

As you can’t come in for a treatment you may wish to have some new products so you can have a facial at home or some lovely body care products for a home spa treatment, again contact me for advice. Self care is going to become increasingly important over the coming weeks, please don’t neglect yourself.

As you can imagine, this has been a very difficult decision for me and I am so sorry that I can’t honour your appointments but I feel it’s a necessary step now in these unprecedented circumstances. I had hoped to continue with strict hygiene procedures but have now been advised that is totally insufficient where this virus is concerned so for your safety and mine I have to close.

 

I would like to thank you sincerely for your loyalty and support and the many messages of goodwill I have received lately. Hopefully this crisis situation will soon be resolved and we can all get back to normal. I will contact you with a re opening date as soon as I possibly can. I repeat that all appointments currently booked are postponed.
